Trace Lofts
1408 12th Ave, Seattle

A conversion of a 1918 warehouse into 42 loft-style condominiums on four floors (including two new penthouse levels) above 9,500 square feet of retail space. In the words of the project’s architect, the result is a “modern jewel box atop a beautiful antique dresser.” Many pieces of the old building were incorporated into the design.

Retailers include Tavern Law, Barre 3, Rex and High5.

Trace North

Trace North is a brand new 100-unit “modern warehouse” with two west-facing towers above 7,500 square feet of retail space. While getting some fresh air, residents can enjoy the view from two huge rooftop decks.

Retailers include Barrio and Kan Flowers.

OddFellows Building
915 East Pine St, Seattle

Originally established by the OddFellows organization as an anchor lodge in 1908, GTS gave the building a multi-million dollar renovation in 2008. The exterior and common areas were restored in keeping with the building’s rich history.

The building is now home to several popular retailers, restaurants and office users, including:
Century Ballroom, King of the Web, Molly Moon’s Ice Cream, Nube Green, OddFellows Café, Fleet Feet Sports, Responsys, Tin Table Restaurant, Two9 Design,Hair Connection
